If you are using the Hotline-Freshdesk integration and your agents are on Freshdesk, there is no need to use agents on Hotline and pay for these agents. However, if you want to use the Hotline agent interface for high speed, real-time engagement with your app users, the following pricing comes into play:


1. Hotline offers a free plan called Start for businesses who are looking at cutting costs or own a relatively small support team. The plan can only be used for free for a maximum of One Agent and for apps under 25k MAU. Additional agent seats come at $50 per agent per month billed monthly. This includes in-app chat, push campaigns and in-app FAQs.


2. The Grow plan is most recommended and works well for slightly bigger businesses that aim to expand their support teams. While the plan is free for the first month for apps with 25K to 100K MAU, it costs $299 for the first two agents after which the per seat agent cost is $60 an agent per month billed monthly. This includes in-app chat, push campaigns, in-app FAQs, recurring campaigns, agent groups and priority support.  


3. For enterprise accounts with larger agent counts, the Enterprise plan will work out well and the plan can be used for free for a maximum of one month. Hotline provides custom pricing for Enterprise customers with 100+K MAU starting at $60 per agent per month. It includes all Grow features and an additional list of features such as API access, assisted setup, success manager, custom integrations, customized reports and live support.
