With Hotline you have access to all the app usage data such as usage statistics, user properties and device properties of user’s device on which the app is installed.

You will find this information on the right side of the screen under APP DATA.

Usage Details: It includes information like date and time of account creation, last online customer, number of user sessions, identifier and if push notification for the app is enabled on the device.

User Properties: You can add different properties according to your requirements. Click on +, specify property and it’s value. These properties will help you understand your customers better. You can also use these custom properties to tag customers into different segments, such as users with similar characteristics, similar requirements, etc.

Device Properties: Includes information about the device on which the app is installed. Information like operating system, version of operating system, device manufacturer, SDK version and display dimensions.
