All campaign messages that are sent is present in the user conversations unless you have set them as Only Push Notifications during campaign creation. When you are messaging with a user, you will find these campaign messages in the conversation. If you wish to exclude these messages from the conversation, you can always hide them.
- Select the message. Click on the three dotted lines next to Resolve button in the conversation window and select Hide Campaigns - to hide campaigning messages from the conversation.
- If campaign messages are hidden, the option will automate itself to Show Campaigns in place of Hide Campaigns and if you want to unhide them, click on the three vertical dots that form a line and select Show Campaigns.
