With Hotline, you have all your users in one place for easy access. You can search for specific users with the help of filters, create user segments with similar characteristics and send messages. You can message individual users, or you can select specific users and message them in one go, or you can even send messages to different user segments.

To access all users, select People in the menu and you will be redirected to a list of all your users. Their names, their last seen status, identifier, total number of sessions and push notifications, if enabled are also seen.

  • The option Search People on the top right corner enables you to search for specific users.
  • You can select one or more users using checkboxes on the left side of agent details.

  • You can search for users using their names, email IDs or identifiers.
  • To search for multiple clauses, advanced search is the go-to option.
  • With advanced search, you can use multiple clauses like email - name, email - identifier and so on.

Once you’re done selecting users, the Message button will automatically appear with the number of users selected. Click Message to send a message.

  • A dialog box will immediately appear where you can type in the intended message with an image and deeplink and click Send.
  • To message individual users, just click on the target user and a conversation window will pop out on the right side. You can view your conversation history and message him/her individually.
